Custodian of record

The registrar behind every token.

Empire Stock Transfer, an SEC-approved transfer agent, maintains the master ledger of who owns what on FUDEX.IO. Your on-chain balance is a mirror of that legal record — reconciled continuously, trade by trade.

What a transfer agent does

The legal record of ownership.

Traditional funds have always used transfer agents to track shareholders. FUDEX keeps that institution — and connects it to a public blockchain.

Maintains the master registry — the authoritative ledger of every member's holdings, kept off-chain under SEC oversight.
Authorizes mint and burn — token supply can only change through the transfer-agent wallet, with a matching registry record.
Records every settlement — each P2P trade is reported automatically and reflected in the registry, not in nightly batches.
Enables recovery — lose your wallet and your entitlement survives; ownership is restored through an identity-verified process.

Registry sync

How a trade reaches the registry.

01

Trade settles on-chain

The escrow contract releases both legs wallet-to-wallet between whitelisted members.

02

Settlement is reported

The platform reports the transfer to Empire Stock Transfer automatically — no manual step, no batch window.

03

Registry & chain reconcile

The master ledger updates and is checked against on-chain balances continuously. Any mismatch halts the affected token until resolved.

You can see this working in the app — the registry-sync strip at the top of the exchange shows the last sync and current block at all times.

Ownership you can verify.

Register once, get whitelisted, and every trade you make is recorded by an SEC-approved registrar.
