The escrow contract releases both legs wallet-to-wallet between whitelisted members.

The platform reports the transfer to Empire Stock Transfer automatically — no manual step, no batch window.

The master ledger updates and is checked against on-chain balances continuously. Any mismatch halts the affected token until resolved.
